If you have received items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective, please reach out to our customer care team at info@beverlyhillsrejuvology.com within 7 days of your purchase with details and photos of the issue. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line to help us quickly locate your order and expedite your request. After review, if eligible, we will provide instructions for receiving a replacement.
Items must be returned in their original condition as no refunds will be issued for products that have been used. Please note that Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center - REJUVOLOGY does not cover the costs associated with returning the products.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or accept returns based on change of mind or dissatisfaction with results, as individual results can vary due to differences in skin types.

How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from our distribution warehouse in Netcong, New Jersey. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
