Changes made directly with your local post office or other postal services will not be the responsibility of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center - REJUVOLOGY, and we cannot be held liable for any lost or misdelivered parcels.

If an item is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, a redelivery charge of $10 will be applied for reshipping the package. Please note that no refunds are provided for uncollected items under this policy.

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center - REJUVOLOGY is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
